Only 17 years old. At this age, there is a lot of talk about the relationship of Spanish star Lamine Yamal. After getting involved with Spanish flight attendant and influencer Fati Vazquez, Yamal is also rumored to be in a relationship with 29-year-old adult content creator Claudia Bavel. However, Yamal has denied all the rumors and claimed that he is ‘single’.
Yamal, who will turn 18 on July 13, is now enjoying his vacation in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. There, his football idol Neymar is hosting him. Yamal attended a party at Neymar’s house in Mangaratiba. There was live music. Yamal was seen there with Neymar.
Yesterday, Sunday, Yamal shared some pictures of himself with Neymar in a smiling pose and some other pictures on social media. Amid the controversy surrounding their relationship, Yamal captioned the post, “Alone and happy, this is Brazil.”
Below the post, Neymar wrote, “Becoming a ”Kiria” (Yamal).” In Brazilian, Kiria refers to someone who grew up in a favela or working-class neighborhood and who is proud of their roots.
Upon leaving Brazil, Yamal shared several photos on Instagram capturing different moments from his trip. In some of them, he is laughing with friends, posing with local police, flying in a helicopter and sipping coconut water.
Recently, the first rumors of Yamal’s relationship arose around Vazquez. Various media outlets claimed that Yamal is in a relationship with Vazquez, who is 13 years older than him. Both posted photos from the same location in Italy. Where they are seen boating, relaxing by the swimming pool and traveling by helicopter. This led to speculation that they might be in a relationship. However, Yamal has rubbished the rumours. Speaking to gossip expert Javi de Voz, he confirmed that they are not in a relationship.
Later, Yamal’s name was linked to Bavel. A Spanish television show claimed that Claudia Bavel had tried to arrange a date with Yamal. A photographer was involved in the incident, who planned to take their pictures and sell them to make a profit. The show claimed that the whole thing was a ‘media trap’.
Yamal was directly involved on the phone during the show. She said, ‘Nothing like that ever happened. Bavel showed interest, but I said ‘no’. We have never met. And my mother never lets any girl into the house.’
After Yamal’s statement, Claudia Bavel protested him with a statement on the social media Instagram. She claimed, ‘He (Yamal) tried to contact me, insisted on meeting me. He said he lives with his mother, but in reality he lives alone. Now he claims he rejected me—which is completely false. He even says we haven’t met. But we were together at multiple social events.’
Bavel also said he has never had a relationship with a minor or agreed to any scheduled meeting. Making his position clear, he wrote, ‘I respectfully request that you stop sending me ugly and defamatory messages. I did not do anything for fame or money.’
