Poland is planning to evacuate about 200 citizens from Israel. They will be brought back to their country in the next two or three days.
Poland’s Deputy Foreign Minister Henryk Moszka-Dędys said this at a press conference on Monday. “We are only going to bring back those citizens who have been stranded in Israel for a few days for travel or other purposes,” she said.
The BBC reported that Poland is unable to repatriate citizens by plane due to the current closure of Israeli airspace. In this case, the citizens will first be taken by land to the Jordanian capital. From there, they will return to Poland by plane.
