Iranian ballistic missile hits Israeli capital

An Iranian ballistic missile hit the Israeli capital Tel Aviv, damaging residential buildings there. This information was revealed in a report by the British media outlet BBC.

The report said that at least 27 missiles were fired in two phases, some of which hit northern and central Israeli cities such as Haifa, Nes Ziona and Rishon Lezion.

The Israeli army, the IDF, said on its X account that sirens had sounded in central Israel due to missiles fired from Iran.

However, after a while, the army announced that the situation was safe for now, and people could leave shelters.

On the other hand, Israel carried out “intelligence-based attacks” on Tehran, Kermanshah and Hamedan with 20 warplanes. Officials said their targets included missile storage and launch facilities, radar, satellite systems and a surface-to-air missile launcher near Tehran.
